Fun Places In Delaware Which Are As Fascinating For Elders As They Are For Kids

It is not unusual for parents to get in the feel of being a kid themselves when they are playing with their children. They jump, laugh, dance and have as much fun as their kids are having. The best part of all this is that kids love it too. They get to bond with the parents easier and quicker when they see their parents taking interest in their choice of play or games. Every parent must remember such times when they took their kids to a playland or for an outing and became a kid with them. So here are some of the places in Delaware where you can take your kids and become kids with them.

Can-Do playground

This place in Wilmington spreads over 27,000 square feet and is filled with metal monkey bars and hard packed sand where you can climb and hop as well as make castles and play with mud like a toddler. Your kids will love the change from their usual school playground equipment and you will get to enjoy your kind of outdoor playground equipment as well.

Another One In Milford

This Can-Do playground is based on the same idea as the one in Wilmington. Six Milford community organizations joined hands to establish this playground. This is a favorite place of children of all abilities and is equally fun for parents.

Camden’s Brecknock Park
Full of swings and interesting scenery, this park is extended over more than 80 acres and is the favorite elementary school field for children and parents. It is managed by Kent County Parks and Recreation and has amazing kid-friendly features.

Lewes Canalfront Park
This is not only filled with exciting outdoor playground equipment but also has a great view. Located next to Lewes-Rehoboth Canal, this park falls in the shadow of the Lightship Overfalls. Easter Egg Hunt is a popular activity there so make sure you don’t miss out on that.
